Trisec Angel keeps the patient's skin dry while acting as an antibacterial barrier between the surface and the patient. In addition, by keeping the patient dry and their temperature stable, it helps prevent hypothermia and wet skin maceration that occurs in patients undergoing long surgical procedures.
Trisec Angel is made up
of three layers
Layer 1
Soft to the touch layer in contact with the patient's skin, in semi-permeable polypropylene that allows the passage of fluids in only one direction.
Layer 2
Intermediate layer composed of gel hydrocapsules that absorb and solidify fluids.
Layer 3
Polyethylene terephthalate thermal blanket, which is placed on the contact surface. Waterproof and non-conductive.

Trisec Angel reduces the likelihood of hospital-acquired infection
Provides safety and comfort to the patient, medical and paramedical staff.
Prevents Hypothermia. The silver wings allow the patient to be fully or partially covered for better temperature control.
Prevents electrosurgical burns. By immediately absorbing and solidifying liquids, it prevents burns due to the physical effect of current detour or capacitive coupling. In addition, it prevents burns due to detachment of the patient's neutral plate by eliminating the presence of liquids under the body.
Non-conductive. The metal surfaces of the surgical table are covered by Trisec Angel's non-conductive wings, isolating the patient from all conductive metal points and thus avoiding possible burns due to accidental activation of the electrode.
